Mr. Bai Xiaosong was appointed as the Chirman of the Board of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited on 29th August 2024. Mr. Bai has previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited, the Deputy General Manager of China Resources Petroleum Station, the Business Director of Strategic Management Department of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd., the Assistant General Manager and the Director of Human Resources and Development of China Resources Shenyang Sanyo Compressor Co., Ltd.（沈陽華潤三洋壓縮機(jī)有限公司). He has also served as the Associate President of China Resources Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd., the Vice General Manager of China Resources Snow Breweries (China) Co., Ltd.（華潤雪花啤酒（中國）有限公司）, and the Vice President of China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. Mr. Bai holds the qualification of Senior Engineer and a Master’s degree in Economics from Peking University.

Mr. Liu Changan

Mr. Liu Changan is the Vice President of our company. Mr. Liu has previously held positions in various organizations, including the Beijing Municipal Commission of Rural Affairs (北京市委農(nóng)工委), and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (市農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村局). Mr. Liu holds a master's degree from China People's Liberation Army National Defence University.

Mr. Qiu Kai

Mr. Qiu Kai is the Vice President of our company. Mr. Qiu has previously served as the Vice General Manager of Shenzhen China Resources Gosun Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (深圳華潤九新藥業(yè)有限公司), the Deputy General Manager of the Marketing Center of CR Sanjiu, and the Executive Director of China Resources Kunming Shenghuo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (昆明華潤圣火藥業(yè)有限公司). He has also been the General Manager of Rehabilitation and Chronic Diseases Division of CR Sanjiu and the General Manager and Party Secretary of China Resources Kunming Shenghuo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.. Mr. Qiu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the School of Management at Sun Yat-sen University.

Mr. Tao Ran

Mr. Tao Ran is the Executive Director and Vice President of our Company. Mr. Tao has been the Deputy Chief of Import Division I of China Resources National Corporation (currently known as China Resources Company Limited), the General manager of Strategy Division of China Resources Textiles (Holdings) Co., Ltd., the Vice General Manager of China Resources Textiles (Holdings) Co., Ltd., as well as the Senior Director and General Manager of Strategic Development Division of our company. Mr. Tao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, China and a Master’s degree in Economics from the School of Economics and Management of Beihang University in Beijing, China.

Mr. Cui Xingpin

Mr. Cui Xingpin is the Vice President of our company. Mr. Cui has been the Principal Staff Member of the Changping Branch of the Beijing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Chief Researcher of the COFCO Nutrition and Health Research Institute, and the Deputy General Manager of the Environmental Health and Safety Department of China Resources Group. Mr. Cui holds a Doctoral degree in Analytical Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, University of Science and Technology of China, and has carried out post-doctoral research in the Department of Pharmacology of the University of Pennsylvania, USA.

Ms. Deng Rong

Ms. Deng Rong is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of our company. Ms. Deng has previously served as the General Manager of the Financial Management Center of China Resources Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (華潤雙鶴藥業(yè)股份有限公司), as well as a member of the Party Committee, Director, Secretary of the Board, Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer of Dong-E-E-Jiao Co.,Ltd. Ms. Deng holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Central South University and a Master's degree in Management from Beijing Jiaotong University.
